Vivian Tang

Vivian Tang has extensive experience in HR roles, with their most recent position as HR Director, APAC at Ingevity starting in 2022. Before that, they served as the Head of HR for the Crop Protection Business Unit at Syngenta Group China from 2021 to 2022. From 2017 to 2022, they were the Head of HR for the China Cluster at ADAMA Agricultural Solutions Ltd. Prior to that, they held the role of China HR Director at Pall Corporation, a Danaher Operating Company, from 2014 to 2017. Vivian started their HR career at ABB in 1999 and held various roles, including North America and US Talent Acquisition Director and HR Director for Local Division HRBP for Process Automation & Corporate Functions. Vivian also served as National Recruitment Manager, Company HR Manager, and HR Supervisor during their time at ABB.

Vivian Tang obtained a Bachelor of Economics in International Trade English from the University of International Business and Economics from 1993 to 1997. Vivian also earned a Diploma of Management in Management from the China Europe International Business School from 2006 to 2008.
