Roman K

Roman K is an experienced compliance professional with a career spanning from 1999 to present. Currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer at Ingosstrakh since October 2019, Roman previously held the position of Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary at En+ Group from October 2017 to October 2019. Roman's extensive background at UC RUSAL includes roles as Global Compliance Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Project Manager from June 2005 to November 2017. Early career experiences include positions at IBM Business Consulting Services and IBS, among others. Roman K holds an International Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance from Alliance Manchester Business School and has earned two degrees in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University. Additionally, Roman completed the Future Leaders Exchange Program in 1994-1995.
