Susan Rupert McCoy

Susan Rupert McCoy has over 25 years of experience in software development and engineering, currently serving as Sr. Manager at Ingram Micro since October 1997. In previous roles, Susan has been responsible for leading teams in web development, product management, and pricing and inventory strategies, while driving modernization and implementing Agile methodologies. With a strong technical background, Susan has managed various teams and projects, achieving significant improvements in system reliability and operational efficiency. Susan holds a BA in Computer Science and Spanish from Albright College.
