Zhuoran Gao

Zhuoran Gao is a Senior Principal Designer at Ingram Micro since June 2023, bringing extensive experience in the design field. Previously, at SAP from May 2019 to June 2023, Zhuoran served as Design Lead, where leadership of a team of four designers culminated in the successful launch of the Sales Cloud mobile app on both iOS and Android, along with the establishment of a mobile component library and design guidelines. Prior roles included Senior User Experience Designer, where outstanding contributions to SAP Cloud for Customer earned a nomination for the Leadership Development Program, and User Experience Designer, focusing on the SAP Ikigai platform and next-generation CRM concepts. Zhuoran began as a UX Design Intern, creating a central app design for multiple SAP products and developing conversational flows for a SAP chatbot. Zhuoran holds a Master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree from Harbin Institute of Technology.
