Currently serving as the Director of Advanced Research Chemistry in the Global Innovation Group at Ingredion Incorporated, Hudson leads a team focused on developing innovative ingredients with an emphasis on nutrition, health, and sustainability. Previously, Hudson held the position of Director of Chemistry at Beyond Meat, overseeing the company's flagship beef product and contributing to the development of health-focused plant-based alternatives.
