Steve Ghidoni has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of training and performance solutions. Steve has served as the Training Specialist and North America Learning Management Project Lead at Ingredion, Inc. where they led the development and execution of training curriculum for manufacturing. Steve was also the Managing Partner at Integrated Training & Performance Solutions, LLC where they successfully modified training programs for law enforcement organizations. Additionally, they worked as an Adjunct Maintenance Training Instructor and Independent Contractor for Ryan International Airlines. Steve has also held managerial positions at American Airlines, overseeing training operations and staff, and administering training courses for maintenance and engineering. Before that, they worked at Trans World Airlines, where they administered technical training programs and developed training material for various aircraft fleets. Steve also served as a lead facilitator for Maintenance Human Factors training. Throughout their career, Steve has been involved in curriculum development, training program delivery, and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.
Steve Ghidoni has a diverse education history. Steve obtained a FAA Airframe & Powerplant License from East Coast Aero Technical School and also holds an Associates Degree (AAS) in Aviation Maintenance Technology from Eastern New Mexico University. Additionally, they attended the William Jewell College - Doniphan Leadership Institute to study Organizational Leadership. Steve also pursued a Liberal Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts, North Dartmouth. Steve has obtained various certifications, including a UAS Remote Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration, a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Ingredion, Inc., an Airframe, Power Plant, or Repairer License from the FAA, and a Private Aircraft Pilot certification also from the FAA.
