Viviane Gaspari

Viviane Gaspari has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Viviane currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources Americas at Ingredion Incorporated. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Vice-President for South America at the same company.

Before joining Ingredion, Gaspari worked at Bayer Crop Science as the Head of Human Resources (VP) for Latin America. Viviane also held roles as HRBP Latam Lead for Commercial & Corporate functions, as well as South America Senior HR Business Partner Lead.

Gaspari's work experience also includes a role at Monsanto Company, where they served as the South America Senior HR Business Partner Lead. Viviane worked closely with senior leaders, providing counseling and technical solutions for complex issues. Viviane also acted as a coach to executives on team building and people development skills.

Earlier in their career, Gaspari served as the Brazil HR Business Partner Senior Manager at Monsanto Company. Viviane was responsible for strategic HR planning and management for the region.

Gaspari's experience also includes a role as the Human Resources Director for South America at CGI. In this position, they were responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling human resources activities. Viviane led a team of 15 people and implemented various HR programs and systems.

Prior to that, Gaspari worked as the HR Senior Manager/Business Partner for Mixer and Nortel. In these roles, they focused on workforce planning, leadership and talent management, and organizational development.

Viviane Gaspari completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resources from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo in the years 1994 to 1998. Viviane then pursued further education in People Management with a focus on Human Resources at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2000 to 2002. In 2014, they obtained a certification in Executive Coaching from ICI - Integrated Coaching Institute.
