Anthony Dodson

Anthony Dodson is an accomplished senior-level human resources leader with extensive experience in both the automotive and aluminum manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Norsk Hydro since 2016, Anthony drives HR initiatives across North America for the world’s largest integrated aluminum company, impacting performance and profitability through strategic partnerships with senior leaders. Prior to this role, Anthony spent 16 years at Ford Motor Company, holding various positions including Human Resources Director, where a comprehensive approach to HR strategies was implemented for a major automotive manufacturing facility. Anthony holds a Master's Degree in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Communications from Penn State University.
