Cody Jones

Cody Jones is an experienced technology professional with a solid background in software development and engineering. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer and previously as a Senior Software Developer at Virgin Music Group since November 2005, Cody has contributed to various projects throughout a career that includes roles such as Lead Software Developer at Frozen Dirt Media, where oversight of applications for remote access was key. Early career experience includes impactful contributions at Exile Interactive, where significant enhancements were made to animation systems for World Series Baseball 2K3, and a pivotal role at Success Information Systems in managing substantial government wages and recovering a failed online brokerage project. Cody co-founded Zerius Development Inc., developing a highly regarded music synth for notable games. Educationally, Cody holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Victoria.
