Ilyssa Coghlan

Ilyssa Coghlan serves as the General Counsel at Initial Group since April 2025, bringing extensive legal expertise from prior roles at Endeavor, where responsibilities included Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel from December 2018 to April 2025. Prior to Endeavor, Ilyssa worked as an Associate at Davis & Gilbert LLP and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Early career experience includes an internship with the Women's Information Network and roles as Constituent Services Coordinator and Staff Assistant in the United States Senate. Ilyssa holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a B.S.E. in Management and Marketing from The Wharton School.
