Mark Helfinstine CAPM

Mark Helfinstine has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Mark started their career in 2013 as a Service Desk Manager at DentalPC, where they handled customer calls and managed network monitoring. Mark then moved on to Motion Industries as a Warehouse Supervisor, where they managed staff, implemented procedures, and optimized corporate shipments. Mark then transitioned into the IT field, working as an IT Specialist at Apex Systems, troubleshooting IT issues and training technicians. Mark further developed their IT skills as a SharePoint Developer Lead at RTL Networks and as a SharePoint Administrator at F2 Systems. Mark also worked as a SharePoint Developer at Kforce Inc, UICGS / Bowhead Family of Companies, and Chenega Analytic Business Solutions. Prior to their current role, Mark served as a Senior Solutions Architect at Threadfin Business Solutions. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Business Analyst/PM/Developer at Initiate Government Solutions, LLC. Mark is also certified as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).

Mark Helfinstine CAPM has a diverse education history. In 2014-2017, they attended American Military University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. In 2023, they also participated in a program called Savvy Coders, focusing on Information Technology. Prior to that, from 2004-2005, Mark attended Faith Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary, studying Music Theory and Composition. Mark also obtained a High School Diploma from Fourth Baptist Christian School in the period from 1994-2004.
