Christina Kubissa

Christina Kubissa, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Christina is currently working at Inizio as the HR Process & Transformation Lead. Prior to that, they worked at Panasonic North America for more than 10 years, where they held various roles such as HR Services Manager, HR Services Supervisor, HR Services Lead, Sr Employee Services Specialist, and Employee Services Specialist. Christina also worked at Chromalloy as a Human Resources Administrator. Christina began their career as a Human Resources Intern at both Saint Francis Hospital and MTV Networks.

Christina Kubissa, PHR, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, Human Resources from Marist College in the years 2005 to 2009. In 2014 to 2015, they pursued a Certificate in Human Capital Management from the NYU School of Professional Studies. Later in 2018, they obtained a Certificate in Women in Leadership from the same institution. Additionally, Christina holds certifications including SHRM-CP from SHRM in July 2015 and PHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2015.
