Lori Hawthorne

Lori Hawthorne has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lori has held various leadership roles in talent acquisition and operations in renowned companies such as Inizio, WPP, Ogilvy, Razorfish, and Leo Burnett. Lori has successfully built global recruiting practices, led large teams of recruiters, and implemented strategies to increase hiring effectiveness and reduce costs. Lori is also a certified executive and life coach specializing in transition coaching. Prior to their talent acquisition roles, they held positions in account management and brand positioning in the advertising industry.

Lori Hawthorne obtained a BA in English and Sociology from William & Mary. Lori also attended Lake Forest High School. In terms of additional certifications, they became an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaches Institute in 2012, an Executive and Life Coach from the Co-Active Training Institute in 2011, and a Change Management Consultant from Prosci.
