Ferdinand Paredes

Ferdinand Paredes has a diverse work experience in various roles related to bid management and operations. Ferdinand is currently working as the Operations Director at Nesma Injazat, a position they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Bid Manager at Injazat starting in August 2020. Before joining Injazat, Ferdinand worked at Advanced Technology Consultancy from October 2016 to August 2020, where they served as a Bid Manager and Manager for Sales & Operations. Ferdinand also has experience as a Bid Manager at ITQAN, UAE, where they established a Bid Management Office and incorporated the role within the internal enquiry process from August 2014 to October 2016. Previously, they held the same role at Computer Network Systems from January 2013 to August 2014, where they established a Bid Management Office and ensured quality proposals were available to the sales team. Additionally, Ferdinand worked at ITQAN, UAE from October 2008 to August 2012, initially as an Operations Executive, where they focused on maximizing profitability and efficiency in business processes. Ferdinand also briefly served as a Human Resources Officer & Trainer.
