Yousef Raed

Yousef Raed started working at Injazat in 2021 as a Support Officer - Service Desk. In this role, they provided first level assistance and support to users regarding computer devices and systems. Yousef also offered remote support to resolve first level issues and escalated any complex problems to the 2nd level of support when necessary. Prior to working at Injazat, Yousef worked as a Salesperson at Al Maroon Women Wear Trading Company from December 2018 to June 2022.

Yousef Raed completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Al Ghurair University between the years 2015 and 2019.
