Zein Al-Abdeen Deebajah has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology. From 2011, Zein worked at Injazat as both an Information Technology Project Lead and an Information Technology Team Lead. In these roles, Zein was responsible for managing field support demands, projects, and initiatives, as well as governing the IT Service Desk and NOC Operations. Zein was also the main point of contact for IT leadership team concerns and escalations.

Prior to working at Injazat, Zein held the role of Application & Software Support Specialist at Pioneers Academy from 2007 to 2009. In this role, Zein provided technical support during both planned and unplanned IT issues. Zein specialized in virtualization of applications, End-User Devices (IMAC), and MS Office products. Zein's early work experience includes a role as a Network Support Engineer at Jordanian Duty Free Shops from 2002 to 2005. In this role, Zein was responsible for configuring and setting up VPN Concentrators, switches, routers, and wireless networking.

Zein Al-Abdeen Deebajah pursued their education at Jami'at Philadelphia Al-Khassa from 2000 to 2003. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Computer & Computer Information Systems. In addition to their formal education, Zein Al-Abdeen Deebajah obtained two certifications. In July 2020, they received the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. Later, in December 2020, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
