Zishan Naviwala

Zishan Naviwala has accumulated diverse work experience in the field of information technology, primarily focusing on network engineering and architecture.

In 2007, Naviwala began working as a Network Engineer at Networkers FZLLC. After a few months, they transitioned to Injazat Data Systems, where they initially served as a Network Specialist in Unified Communication from October 2007 to January 2011. During this time, Naviwala actively participated in evaluating RFP documents, delivering proposals and presentations to customers, conducting site surveys, and preparing proof of concepts for proposed solutions. Zishan also developed high-level designs, low-level designs, and detailed technical specifications.

In 2011, Naviwala had the opportunity to step up their role at Injazat Data Systems and became a Senior Network Specialist in Unified Communication. Zishan continued their responsibilities in evaluating RFP documents and creating technical solutions, but also took on the additional tasks of mentoring and coaching junior team members.

In 2012, Naviwala decided to explore new opportunities and joined 3Sixty IT Solutions as a Network Solutions Architect and Consultant. In this role, they leveraged their knowledge and expertise to understand customer requirements, convert them into technical solutions, and develop comprehensive design documents. Zishan was responsible for producing secure, robust, scalable, and cost-effective design solutions.

In 2013, Naviwala returned to Injazat, this time as a Network Engineer in the Advanced position. Zishan remained in this role until August 2017, when they were promoted to the position of Technical Architect. As a Technical Architect, Naviwala played a crucial role in designing complex technical solutions for various projects.

Finally, in January 2021, Naviwala assumed the position of Cyber Security Architect at Injazat, where they remain employed. This role requires him to develop strategies and implement security measures to protect the organization's systems and data from cyber threats.

Throughout their career, Naviwala has consistently demonstrated their expertise in network engineering and architecture, as well as their ability to understand customer needs, develop robust designs, and effectively communicate technical information.

Zishan Naviwala completed a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from AMITY University Gurgaon, from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Mumbai, where the field of study is not specified. Before attending the University of Mumbai, Zishan went to Abu Dhabi Indian School for their early education. Additionally, Zishan has several certifications from Cisco, including CCIE Data Center V2, CCIE Security, CCIE Voice, Cisco Certified Network Associate (SEC), Cisco Certified Network Professional, Cisco Certified Voice Professional, Cisco IP Telephony Design Specialist, Cisco IP Telephony Express, Cisco Rich Media Communications Specialist, and Cisco Unified Contact Center Express.
