Richard Prusan began their work experience in 1995 as a chef at Coliseum Deli, where they worked until 2000. In 2006, they joined Big Run Seafood Co. as a sales representative and remained with the company until 2008. In 2009, they started working at Inland Seafood as an Account Manager, where they are currently employed.
Richard Prusan attended the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill from 1992 to 1995, where they earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Restaurant Management. After that, they went on to SUNY Oneonta from 1997 to 1999, focusing on food and business, although they did not obtain a specific degree during their time there.
