Henry Palmer

Henry Palmer has extensive work experience in the maritime and petroleum industries. Henry began their career as a Third Mate at OSG Ship Management in 2008 and worked there until 2010. Henry then joined Ports America as a Superintendent from 2010 to 2014. After that, they joined Foss Maritime Company, where they held various positions including Port Captain from 2014 to 2018, General Manager of San Francisco Bay from 2018 to 2021, and General Manager of California from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are serving as the President of Inlet Energy, Delta Western Petroleum, and Alaska Petroleum starting from July 2022.

Henry Palmer completed their education with a Diploma from Port Angeles High School in the years 2000-2004. Henry then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Marine Transportation from California State University Maritime Academy from 2004-2008. Recently, they obtained an Executive MBA from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 2020-2022.
