Zinnia Santiago

Zinnia Santiago has a strong background in the healthcare industry, with experience in various leadership roles. Zinnia is currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Inmediata Health Group. Prior to this, they owned and served as the President of Zinnovate Health Solutions, LLC, where they provided healthcare consulting services specialized in operations, cost management, and manage care programs. With over 20 years of experience in general management, they have a track record of streamlining operations, managing healthcare costs, and maximizing efficiency. Before starting their own company, they worked as the Chief Operations Officer at MSO of Puerto Rico, LLC. Their earlier experience includes serving as the Vice President of Operations at Humana.

Zinnia Santiago completed their education at two different institutions. Zinnia first attended the Universidad de Puerto Rico from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree, with a focus on Accounting and Finance. In 2018, they pursued further education at Harvard Business School, participating in the Health Care Delivery Program, specifically concentrating on Value Based Health Care.
