Alisha Kalidhar

Alisha Kalidhar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alisha started their career as an intern at HelpAge India, where they conducted backend research, completed administrative tasks, and helped with ideation for weekend workshops. Alisha then interned at the Parkinson's Disease & Movement Disorder Society, gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field. In 2016, they joined Amaha (formerly InnerHour) as a Project Manager, later transitioning into the role of Head of Content and eventually taking on the position of Product and Content. During their time at Amaha, Alisha played a crucial role in managing projects and developing high-quality content. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant Preschool Teacher at Kids N Krayons, where they interacted with and taught a group of 30 children and participated in ideating and conducting interactive activities.

Alisha Kalidhar attended Smt. R.S.B. Arya Vidya Mandir from 1998 to 2011, where they completed their schooling. Alisha then pursued a degree in Psychology from St. Xavier's College from 2011 to 2016. In 2014, they also participated in a Summer Exchange Program at NYU Stern School of Business, focusing on Economics.
