Meghna Shetty has worked as an Analyst - Strategy & Operations at Amaha (formerly InnerHour) since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Media.net as a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate from January 2021 to May 2021, and as a Talent Acquisition Associate from February 2019 to January 2021. Meghna also had an internship role as a Leadership & Development Intern at Viacom18 Media Private Limited from October 2017 to May 2018. Before that, they worked as a Freelance Content Writer at Vicinito from October 2016 to April 2017, and as a Chief Editor at Quaff Media Private Limited in September 2016. Meghna gained experience as a Human Resource Intern at Inventivo India from December 2015 to July 2016.

Meghna Shetty holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Ramnarain Ruia College - Mumbai. Meghna also obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Economics from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University.
