Sam Akinluyi

Sam Akinluyi has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the UK&I Managing Director at innocent drinks since June 2021. Sam is also the Founding Partner of Psalt, a company that focuses on empowering individuals and valuing their unique qualities. In addition, Sam is the Co-Founder of Add Psalt, a purpose-led brand accelerator aimed at increasing diversity in retail. Sam has held positions such as Chairman of the Board at Future Skills Training and Advisor at Young Foodies. Sam has also worked as an Associate at Total Negotiation Group and held various roles at Mars, including Sales Director - Grocery and Commercial Strategy positions. Sam was also the Director of UntapTV, a company focused on enhancing interactions with the world. Prior to that, Sam served as a Senior Commercial Manager at General Mills and held roles at Nestle as Channel Category Manager - Coffee and Business Manager - Food and Beverages.

Sam Akinluyi attended Loughborough University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a 2:1 degree in Banking, Finance, and Management. In 2017, they attended Henley Business School and completed a Professional Certificate in Coaching. Additionally, Sam's education history includes attending St. Olave's Grammar School and The Priory School, Orpington, although the specific years and degrees obtained are unknown.
