James McGuire

James McGuire has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. James is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Innophos since May 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Innophos from June 2019 to June 2022.

Before joining Innophos, James worked as a self-employed contractor, providing HR consulting services from January 2016 to June 2019.

Prior to their self-employment, they worked at QBE Insurance as the VP, HR Business Partner from July 2013 to December 2015.

James also gained valuable experience at AIG, where they served as the Director of Human Resources from February 2006 to March 2013.

James'scareer in Human Resources started at JPMorgan Chase, where they held various roles including VP, HR Business Partner & Development Manager Roles from August 1994 to February 2006.

James McGuire has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources from Fordham University. James also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Paralegal Studies from St. John's University.
