Emmanuel Régulier

Emmanuel Régulier is a bioprocess engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the vaccine and cell therapy fields. Prior to joining Innoskel, Emmanuel held various positions at Sangamo Therapeutics France, first as Director of Process Development for CAR-Tregs-based cell therapies and then as Senior Director of Cell Therapy Manufacturing where he led the construction and start-up of a GMP clinical manufacturing plant. Emmanuel lived for 4 years in the U.S where he completed his Ph.D. on the development of HIV vaccine candidates and then spent 15 years in Argentina working on process development/improvement and technology transfer for veterinarian and human vaccines. Emmanuel holds a degree in Biochemical Engineering from the University of Aix-Marseille and a Ph.D. in Virology/Immunology from the University Pierre et Marie Curie Paris 6.
