Rucha Makati

Rucha Makati is a Principal User Researcher at Innovaccer, focused on the Experience Pillar for Care Management and AI Scheduling aimed at providers, patients, and health organizations since April 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Staff User Researcher at talabat, where Rucha contributed to product strategies for the FinTech and Quick Commerce teams across eight MENA countries. At Robinhood, Rucha held positions as User Research Manager and Staff User Researcher from May 2021 to April 2024. Rucha's expertise also includes leading user research at Starbucks, focusing on technology experiences for retail store partners, and managing user research teams at Curology for skincare products. Earlier experience encompasses leading UX research at Syllable, as well as research positions at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Stanford University, and the University of South Carolina. Rucha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
