Jeremy Paillet

Jeremy Paillet is an experienced professional in food technology and production management, currently serving as Processing Project Manager at Innovafeed since August 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing the processing package for the first BSFL plant implementation in the US. Prior to this role, Jeremy held positions as Production Engineer at ADM and Production Supervisor at Land O'Lakes, Inc., where management of a 70-person team across multiple shifts was key, along with collaboration with various cross-functional teams to enhance production processes. Additional experience includes serving as Food Safety & Quality Manager at Pereg Gourmet, where Jeremy implemented SQF systems and developed inventory management software, and as a researcher during a master internship at Nestlé focusing on new snacks from cassava and cowpea. Jeremy's educational background includes a Master's in Food Studies from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor's in Food Chemistry from McGill University.
