Nessa Kenny

Nessa Kenny is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and peacebuilding. Currently serving as the Associate Program Director for Peace & Recovery at Innovations for Poverty Action, Nessa manages a $19M funding portfolio from key donors, overseeing over 80 projects focused on crime, conflict, and displacement. Previous roles include senior program management positions at Innovations for Poverty Action, where successful grants were developed, and consultancy at KS Insight, contributing to UN programming on justice for women and girls. Nessa's background also includes significant contributions at War Child USA, the United Nations Peacebuilding Support Office, and experience working in outdoor education and youth programs. Nessa holds dual master's degrees in International Affairs from Columbia University and in International Security from Sciences Po, as well as a B.A. in Peace, Conflict and Justice from the University of Toronto.
