James Salerno

James Salerno has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Manager at Innovative Dining Group since February 2015. Previous roles include General Manager at PitFire Artisan Pizza from October 2013 to February 2015, overseeing a large team in a high-volume setting, and Department Head at The Beverly Hills Hotel, managing multiple dining operations and responsibilities such as hiring, payroll, and P&L analysis from October 2009 to September 2013. Earlier, James held positions as Restaurant Manager at The Beverly Hilton, Co-Founder of In the D, LLC, and Restaurant Manager at Marriott International, contributing to various operational aspects across different venues.
