Heather Richardson

Heather Richardson has over 15 years of diverse work experience. Heather is currently working as the Director of Compliance and Benefits at Innovative Driven since November 2021. Prior to this role, Heather held various positions at Update Legal, starting as a Front Desk Coordinator in October 2006 and gradually progressing to become the Human Resources Manager, Benefits Manager, and finally the Human Resources & Operations Director. Before that, they worked at Barnes & Noble as a Cafe Barista and later as a Cashwrap Supervisor.

Heather Richardson attended East Tennessee State University from 1996 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
