Vic Ing

Vic Ing has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Currently, they serve as the Director of Staffing & Specialized Business Development at Innovative Driven, where they help organizations grow by providing top talent and managing litigation costs. Prior to this role, Vic owned and operated Viking Records, a family enterprise based in Ohio. Vic also worked as the Director of Sales at Consolidus, LLC, where they played a key role in achieving the company's growth goals. In 2019, Vic founded Viking Sales Consultants to help companies solve their sales problems through their extensive experience in sales and sales management. Before that, they served as the Senior Vice President of Client Development at Alliance Industrial Solutions, where they strategically grew the business and built a strong sales team. Vic also served as the President of Alliance Solutions Group of Mahoning Valley, where they opened a new office in an untapped marketplace. Earlier in their career, Vic held various roles at Select Staffing, including Regional Sales Manager and Account Representative, consistently achieving high sales figures. Vic also worked as a Business Development Manager at ProForma and as a Branch Manager/Account Representative at Remedy Intelligent Staffing.

Vic Ing attended Cuyahoga Falls High School from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a diploma in College Prep. They later pursued higher education at The University of Akron from 1989 to 1993, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology.
