Usman Ghumman

Usman Ghumman is a Senior Support Coordinator at Innovative Pvt Ltd since April 2022, overseeing a team of over 30 Field Engineers and the Operations Team while ensuring timely resolution of complaints related to Banking ATMs and Cash Sorting Machines. Responsibilities include managing complaint tickets through the Open Source Ticket Request System and liaising with corporate clients for effective problem-solving.
