Matt Sroka

Matt Sroka has extensive experience in corporate development and capital markets. Matt is currently the Managing Partner at Three Peaks Capital | TPC, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Corporate Development at Innovega Inc. starting in March 2020. From January 2018 to January 2020, Matt was the Global VP of Corporate Development & Capital Markets at Axion Ventures Inc. Before that, they co-founded Vendetta Mining Corp. and held the role of Co-Founder | Corporate Development from May 2013 to January 2018. Their earlier experience includes working as a Capital Markets Associate at Zimtu Capital from September 2010 to September 2014.

Matt Sroka pursued their higher education in various institutions. Matt started their educational journey at Vancouver College, where they attended from 1998 to 2005. After completing their secondary education, they then enrolled at McGill University in 2005 and pursued a degree in Psychology until 2010. In 2021, Matt embarked on a new educational endeavor at Stanford University, where they enrolled in the Energy Innovation and Emerging Technologies Program. Their academic pursuit at Stanford continued until 2022.
