Mary Malone has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mary currently works as a Customer Success Manager at Innovia Consulting, where they partner with customers to help them improve their operations and achieve business goals. Prior to this, Mary served as the Vice President of Business Development at Stay Metrics, a retention strategy company in the transportation industry. Mary was responsible for creating and executing the company's strategic plan and managing sales and marketing.

Mary has also worked as an independent catalyst, coach, and consultant for organizational leaders, where they provided services based on client needs. Additionally, they were a Project Manager at CarexTech, a start-up tech company, and served as a member of the board of directors for The Center for Health Design. During their tenure on the board, they played a key role in re-positioning the organization from near bankruptcy to sustainable success.

Earlier in their career, Mary held senior leadership roles at Press Ganey, a healthcare consulting firm, and worked in communications and advisory services at Laventhol & Horwath. Mary began their career as an Administrative Project Assistant at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center.

Through their various roles, Mary has developed expertise in technology consulting, business development, project management, and healthcare advisory services. Mary has a passion for utilizing data and improving organizational culture to drive execution and success.

Mary Malone began their education in 1979 at the University of Notre Dame, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a focus on Anthropology. Mary completed their undergraduate studies in 1983. Following this, they enrolled at Rush University from 1983 to 1985, where they earned a Master's degree in Health Systems Management. Mary's educational journey continued at Notre Dame Law School from 1990 to 1993, where they successfully obtained a Juris Doctor degree.
