Job Summary: Join our innovative team in the IT industry, where you'll take on a Resource Coordinator role. As a Resource Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing resource allocation strategies to drive project delivery and business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Resource Management:
- Work closely with project managers and senior leadership to develop resource allocation plans.
- Monitor resource utilization across projects, optimize allocation for maximum productivity.
- Make adjustments to resource allocations based on changing priorities and unforeseen events.
- Assist in resource forecasting, capacity planning, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Generate reports and track KPIs related to resource management.

Timesheet Management:
- Collect, review, and manage timesheets for accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Provide training and support to employees on timesheet submission procedures.
- Generate reports and analysis on work hours, overtime, and attendance.

Invoicing:
- Generate and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to gather necessary information for invoicing.
- Monitor invoice aging, follow up on outstanding invoices for timely payment.
- Resolve billing inquiries and disputes, maintain billing records and documentation.

Reporting and Communication:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project data and insights for forecasting.
- Provide regular updates, progress reports, and status dashboards to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional departments.

Quality Assurance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with project standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Review project deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain project documentation, lessons learned, and post-project reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project coordination, resource management, or operations within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle and resource planning methodologies.
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as ServiceNow, OpenAir, or Salesforce PSA.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work effectively under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification preferred.
