Tim Ryan

Tim Ryan has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Tim is currently the Director and Co-Founder of Innovior, a company that specializes in using artificial intelligence to solve complex business problems. Tim has been with Innovior since 2016. In 2022, they joined Probe CX as the Head of Digital Sales & Account Management. In 2023, they became a member of the Service Cloud strategic partner board ANZ at Salesforce. Prior to these roles, Tim worked at nbn™ Australia as an Executive Manager in Business Transformation and Analytics COE Manager from 2013 to 2017. Tim also has experience at Atrium Underwriters Ltd as the Head of Data Management and Project Director from 2008 to 2012, and at London 2012 as a Volunteer Performer. Tim started their career in 2003 at Lloyds and London Insurance Market, holding various business and technology roles until 2008.

Tim Ryan has a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from the University of Melbourne, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. Tim then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UCLA Anderson & Melbourne Business School and Melbourne Business School from 2014 to 2016. In addition, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2016. Tim Ryan also holds several additional certifications, including Six Sigma - Green Belt from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, and CII Diploma in Insurance (Lloyd's and London Market) from the Chartered Insurance Institute. Tim also has certifications in MSP, Prince 2, and ITIL.
