Craig Hamaker

Craig Hamaker has a diverse work experience that spans across various companies and roles. Craig is currently working at Inotiv as the Director of Global HRIS, a position they have held since October 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of HRIS at Inotiv from March 2022 to October 2023.

Before joining Inotiv, Craig worked at dormakaba Americas as a Senior Manager of HRIS and HR Operations from October 2021 to March 2022. Craig also worked there as a Senior HRIS Manager from December 2020 to September 2021.

Craig's previous experience includes working as a Senior HRIS Manager at Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions from September 2019 to December 2020, and as a Manager of HR Analytics at Wabash National from December 2018 to August 2019.

Craig also held roles at Wabash National as an HRIS Manager from November 2016 to December 2018, as a Business Systems Analyst - HR from March 2015 to October 2016, and as a Benefit Systems Analyst from April 2014 to February 2015.

Before that, Craig worked as a Benefits Analyst at Subaru of Indiana Automotive from January 2013 to April 2014.

Craig started their career at Purdue University, where they held the roles of Benefit Programs Consultant, Staff Benefits from July 2008 to December 2012, and Senior Business Manager from December 2004 to June 2008.

Craig also gained experience as a Pricing and Forecasting Analyst at Red Spot Paint from September 2002 to October 2004, and as a Project/Financial Manager at Emerson Climate Technologies, Design Services Network from May 2001 to May 2002.

Craig Hamaker earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 1997 to 2001. Craig later pursued their MBA from the same institution, completing it from 2007 to 2010.
