Steven Jiang started their work experience in 1994 at Bombardier Aerospace as a System Design Engineer. Steven then worked as a Design Engineer at Multimatic in 1997 before moving to Dana Corporation in 1998 where they worked as a Design Engineer until 2006. In 2006, they joined SKF Magnetic Bearings as a Technical Lead and Mechanical Engineer and worked there until 2009. Currently, they are working at INOVA Geophysical Equipment as a Mechanical Engineer, focusing on new product development for the Cable and Nodal Seismic Survey System.
Steven Jiang attended the Second High School Attached to Beijing Normal University, although specific start and end dates were not provided. Steven then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Beihang University, graduating in 1984. Later, they obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, completing their studies in 1994.
