Nishat worked at Inovia AI as a Senior Project Manager, where they were responsible for expanding business among new customers. Prior to this role, they served as a Project Manager Scrum Master, overseeing the implementation of an artificial intelligence system to transcribe voice data into text. Additionally, Nishat was a Project Manager for European Union-funded projects focused on developing AI-driven solutions for image-guided procedures in cancer treatment.

Before joining Inovia AI, Nishat worked as an International Digital Ambassador at Dalarna University. In this role, they connected prospective international students with current students and alumni through blog articles and social media posts.
