Hamza Derkaoui

Hamza Derkaoui has held various positions in the customer service industry since 2013. Hamza began their career at Webhelp in 2013 as a Conseiller Commercial. In 2017, they moved to CGI as an Auditeur Interne Junior Stagiaire. In 2018, they returned to Webhelp in the same role. In 2021, they joined Inqom as a Lead Customer Support and Customer Support.

Hamza Derkaoui completed a Licence in Gestion from the faculté des sciences économiques juridiques et sociales de Fès in 2015. Hamza then went on to pursue a Diplôme universitaire in comptabilité, contrôle et audit from ENCG Fès between 2015 and 2017.
