Nikki Nash, MBA, has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Nikki is currently employed as a Technical Program Manager for Mobility Intelligence Platforms at INRIX since November 2022. Prior to that, Nikki worked at Avalara from 2017 to 2022, where they held various roles including Lead Technical Program Manager for Digital Experience & Platforms, Senior Technical Program Manager for Partner Management, and Senior Scrum Master.

Before joining Avalara, Nikki was a Senior Business Analyst / Scrum Master at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from 2016 to 2017. Nikki also worked as a Project Manager / Business Analyst at T-Mobile from 2015 to 2016.

Nikki gained extensive experience earlier in their career as a Senior Principal Business Analyst / Scrum Master at RMS from 2011 to 2014 and as an Investment Management - Product Manager, Securities Data at Morgan Stanley from 2007 to 2011.

Nikki started their career at TheMarkets.com as a Strategic Growth Consultant and Internal HR Recruiter in 2007, followed by a role as a Recruiter at TEKsystems from 2006 to 2007.

Nikki's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Client Services at Phenix & Phenix Literary Publicists from 2004 to 2006 and as an Event Team Coach, Communications Coordinator & Associate Consultant at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from 2000 to 2004.

Nikki Nash, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, where they studied business from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Communications at The University of Texas at Austin from 2000 to 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Nikki Nash has acquired several certifications. In 2014, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through Scrum Alliance. In 2015, they obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) and the Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) certifications, both from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
