Heather Robertt

Heather leads our people strategy, vision and talent operations at Inscopix. With 20+ years of experience scaling tech start-ups, she has helped high growth companies develop recruitment and talent strategies that enable companies to hire and retain top talent. Heather has received her Masters in Organizational Leadership (Chapman University) and Bachelors in Psychology (CSULB) which gave her further context on how to coach and motivate high performers. Since Heather has had family members suffer from brain cancer, Parkinson's, Schizophrenia and Depression, she's connected to our mission and appreciates our mission to improve brain health. Outside of work, you'll find her with her family in the Bay Area, exercising, or looking for ways to provide resources to foster youth.
