Peter Luts has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Peter started their career as a Squad Leader in the Swedish Armed Forces in 2009. Afterward, they worked at Pagero, where they served as an Assistant Project Manager and later as an Account Manager from 2011 to 2013.

In 2016, Peter worked at Bambora as a Key Account Manager and at Blue Company as an Assistant Retail Sales Manager.

From 2017 to the present, Peter has been associated with GWEN, where they have held multiple positions. Peter initially served as the Product Manager, responsible for bringing ideas to life and overseeing product launch. Later, they were promoted to the role of Chief Marketing Officer, where they oversaw product development and launch while transforming technical concepts into compelling marketing messages for the Gamification Software as a Service (SaaS) product.

In 2018, Peter joined Captain, a conglomerate company created by multiple companies, including Insert Coin, Everysport Media, Eliteprospect, and A Creative Endeavor. As a Product Manager, they focused on bringing the digital collectible card game, fantasy, and sports industry together through real live data based mobile games. This initiative aimed to put youth sports in the spotlight.

Peter Luts completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business at Grenoble Ecole de Management from 2013 to 2016.
