Melissa Parker

Melissa Parker is an experienced corporate recruiter and coach with a strong background in student success and human resources. Currently serving as a Corporate Recruiter at InsideTrack since July 2017, Melissa focuses on enhancing enrollment and career readiness in partnership with educational institutions, while previously holding roles in coaching and student success. Prior experience includes tutoring at Reynolds School District, working as a Broker/Human Resources professional at Bisbee Insurance Agency, and supporting employee relations at Banfield Pet Hospital. Melissa began a career in human resources at U.S. Bank, where roles included Human Resources Business Partner and Recruiter, emphasizing strategic workforce planning and employee development. Melissa holds a B.A. in Communication from Azusa Pacific University.
