Lara Winters

Lara Winters has over 19 years of work experience. Lara started their career at Standard Life in 2001 as an Actuarial & Pensions employee and later became a Product Manager, Investments & Savings. In 2006, they became an Investments & Technical Manager before joining Bank of Ireland in 2007. At Bank of Ireland, they held the positions of Senior Manager, Product Development and later Head of Product Development. In 2014, they joined Insight Investment as a Consultant, Product Strategy and later became a Product Director. Currently, they are working as a Strategy Director at Insight Investment.

Lara Winters attended Dublin City University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a B.A. Hons degree in International Business & Languages (German & French). In 1999, they also spent a year at Universität Gesamthochschule Paderborn in Germany.
