Adeyemi M. currently serves as Director of the Talent Center of Excellence at Insight Partners since June 2022, contributing to the firm's mission of supporting visionary executives throughout their growth journey. As the Founder, CEO & Principal Consultant at ASMT Solutions since January 2019, Adeyemi has established a consulting practice. Previous experience includes roles at AlphaSense as Talent Acquisition Manager, Head of Talent at PushBlack, and Engagement Manager at Management Leadership for Tomorrow, collaborating with notable client partners such as Facebook and Google. Earlier positions include business development and recruitment roles at Kelaca, as well as legal support and project coordination at Brown Law LLP. Adeyemi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Davidson College and has completed studies abroad in Spanish Language and Literature and International Relations.
