Hilary Wagner

Hilary is an experienced program improvement trainer and a researcher in the field of nutrition. She has worked with a variety of populations, including federal and state agencies, small business owners, community organization leaders, and nutrition assistance program participants.

At Insight, Hilary serves as project director for Office of Planning, Research and Evaluation Methodological Advancements and project manager for SNAP Certification Notices Technical Assistance. She provides technical assistance for Office of Planning, Research and Evaluation Strengthening the Implementation of Responsible Fatherhood Programs.

Previously, Hilary was a research analyst with the Global Obesity Prevention Center at Johns Hopkins University. A Certified Meeting Professional—the meeting and event industry’s gold standard designation—she is experienced in all phases of event initiation, implementation, monitoring, and closeout. Hilary holds an M.P.H. in food, nutrition, and health from Johns Hopkins University’s Bloomberg School of Public Health.
