Joel joins Insightec from Keter Plastic, a global $1.5B company with 4000 employees, 24 plants, and sales in 90 countries.

With a passion for talent management and a drive to enable people to realize their potential, Joel has recruited for senior roles across the globe and coached and advised diverse managers at different organizational levels.

Joel holds a BA in Psychology from Bar-Ilan University.
