Alyssa Andrade McCray

Alyssa Andrade McCray has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alyssa started their career in 2009 as an Event Coordinator for the Hospitality Management Association, where they organized annual workshops and a fashion show event. In 2010, they joined Bon Appétit Management Company as a Supervisor.

In 2011, McCray worked as a Student Marketing/Research Assistant at Guestmob Inc. and as an Arts & Culture Marketing Intern at the San Francisco Travel Association. Alyssa also served as the Vice President for the University of San Francisco Chapter of the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA).

In 2012, McCray took on the role of Sales & Marketing Intern at Joie de Vivre Hotels - Commune Hotels & Resorts. Alyssa then became a Customer Experience Manager at the Online Marketing Institute, where they worked until 2015.

From 2015 onwards, McCray has been primarily associated with Insightly. Alyssa began as a Customer Success Manager and gradually progressed to become a Success Operations Lead. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Operations Manager, Customer Success. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer Success Operations.

Additionally, McCray has also worked as a Special Events Intern/F&B Admin Intern at St. Francis Yacht Club, and as a Catering Manager for the University of San Francisco's 22nd Annual Hospitality Symposium.

Throughout their career, McCray has demonstrated their expertise in customer success and operations management, gaining valuable experience in various roles within these fields.

Alyssa Andrade McCray completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Hospitality Industry Management at the University of San Francisco from 2008 to 2012. Alyssa also participated in a Study Abroad Program in Roma, Italia through Loyola University Chicago in 2011. Prior to their university education, they attended Presentation High School from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Alyssa obtained certifications in SQL for Data Analysis Online from the University of San Francisco in November 2020 and in Product Management from General Assembly in August 2016.
