Brian Revak has a diverse work experience history. Brian began their career as a Lifeguard at Flagler Beach Ocean Rescue from April 2002 to 2006. From November 2011 to September 2013, they worked as a Bookkeeper at Furnari & Associates. Brian then joined Law Firm Suites as an Assistant Operations Manager from September 2013 to December 2013. In 2014, they became a Business Co-Founder at Theron Studios, where they successfully managed projects and generated over $200k in revenue within six months. In 2016, Brian joined Parsely, Inc. and held various roles, including Business Development, Customer Success Manager, and Enterprise Account Executive. During their time at Parsely, Inc., they achieved significant results such as leading a team that sourced 16 deals in 2016 and achieving a 95% retention rate and net negative churn while managing 65 accounts. Brian also implemented an in-app experiential feedback module and created an onboarding cadence to streamline implementation and maximize value for customers. From August 2019 to April 2021, Brian worked as a Business Development Talent Agent at Free Agency. Currently, they are working at Insightly as a Customer Success Manager, and as of February 2022, they have been promoted to the position of Senior Customer Success Manager.

Brian Revak attended Daytona State College from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Operations Management and Supervision. In addition to their formal education, Brian has also obtained certifications in Automation Pro I and Automation Pro II from Workato in July 2021.
